Groovin Bird Words

Groovin' Bird Words
by fLOT

Who knew if you let it simply rip
If it would tear or come out all torn?
If it would skip over the surface or
Come under the radar’s
Elusive belt of inferred deterrence
As the canceling out factors
Were not included and
The car was never packed and
The gas never went in the tank
But the flowers still grew and
The coast still greets the ocean’s malleable shoreline
In direct response to the moon’s pulling and pushing
Elevating and carving
Celebrating and when the clock runs
It runs fast

So don’t forget to include all your thank you’s
Blow hard and get out
Polite like
Unless they tell you to wail,
If they tell you to wail
They well sure better know
They have hurried up a hurricane
